Hello, my lovely. Have you noticed how the trees so generously share their beauty at this time of year? Even the recent storm couldn’t keep them from expressing their true colours. Autumn reminds us that nature never clings or resists—she releases with grace, trusting the cycles of renewal. This season always stirs something in me… a quiet reminder that as we let go, our deeper abundance is revealed. It’s one of my favorite turns in Nature’s wheel—and a perfect moment to open to new possibilities within ourselves.

And, just like the harvest from my garden, this month brings a feast of offerings and opportunities, a chance to gather with kindred spirits and explore the deep, healing power of yoga together.

A Samhain Ceremony: Honouring the Feminine & Healing the Witch Wound

As the veil thins and the seasons turn, we gather for an evening of yoga, ritual, reflection, and renewal — a sacred space to slow down, release the old, and reconnect with your intuitive feminine power.
Together we’ll move gently, journey inward through meditation and journalling, explore healing the 'witch wound', receive intuitive insight through a tarot reading, and close in candlelight with a crystal blessing.
A night to listen deeply, remember who you are, and rise renewed from the stillness.
Wreath Making 2025
Yep, I know it's early but I'm already half full so maybe it's time for you to think about dressing your door with a beautifully handmade wreath. We have so much fun every year and you leave with a real natural treasure.

And, as always, there is our very special close to 2025...

With much
Love, Light, Peace & Joy
