Yoga Video Library

Welcome to my yoga video library access page. To access the library you will need to buy a plan that will give you unlimited access.

The library currently includes hours of recordings...and I'm still adding more! 

 

It now includes a Beginners Yoga section.

​

The videos have been made in sections ranging from about 7-20 minutes in length so you can pick and choose and create a bespoke and tailored session depending on how you feel and how much time you have. They include: warm ups, postures, breath work, hand gestures, meditations and deep relaxation. There are also links to other useful information that might aid your practice.

Watch and practice as much as you like in the comfort of your own home.

Once you have purchased your plan, you can gain access straight away.  You will automatically receive a password to gain access to the library so you can use it whenever you like.

Here's a little taster.  This is a 10 minute video where I introduce the calming, centring and grounding effect of a simple hand gesture (Hasta Mudra) sequence that connects you with your breath in different parts of the body. I'm sitting on the floor here but you can always sit in a comfortable chair, or lean against a wall. Enjoy. x
