One to One Private Sessions
Private One to One sessions are great if you:
are a beginner in yoga and need more basics before joining group classes.
would like to improve your health and well-being with a personalised sequence.
suffer from pains, are recovering from injury, trauma, or personal difficulties and a class setting wouldn’t meet your needs.
are not comfortable in group settings.
are very busy and can’t make regular classes and would prefer a time to suit you.
want to take your practice to deeper level, learn more from yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, mediation.
Would like to develop a home practice but don't know where to start.
want to nurture yourself with a restorative yoga session.
Want to create a class for a couple of friends, a partner or community group.
By working one-on-one we can take more time to adapt certain postures and use modifications as well as find out if there are specific poses to avoid.
There is an initial questionnaire and consultation to discuss your needs and what you want to achieve from the session(s). This is the opportunity to discuss any relevant injuries, illnesses and/or other relevant information. I then put together a personalised session, or programme of sessions, based on our consultation. The content, pace and focus is based on your individual needs.
We arrange a good time for the yoga session(s) to take place. After the first session, I follow up by email to answer any questions after the session.
They can be booked as one offs, or as a series, with the intervals to suit your needs.
The pricing structure below is only for one to ones. If you are interested in 'two to one' or other group sessions, please contact me for these pricing options.
There are a few available slots to book online. However, do contact me if these don't suit you and we can discuss other possibilities.
You need to make a payment at least 48 hours before the session to allow me to plan, prepare and tailor your session to meet your individual needs.
An individual session can be cancelled up to 48 hours beforehand, given in writing via email for a full refund minus the administration fee. Alternatively the session can be transferred to another date. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session is charged and no transfer given.
Payment Plans last for 3 months from first use and cannot be refunded. An individual session within the plan can be cancelled up to 48 hours beforehand, given in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The session can then be transferred to another date. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session is charged and no transfer given. The dates of each session need to be provisionally booked upon payment. If Alison Foster needs to cancel or alter a date she will give as much notice as possible, and if necessary refund all monies outstanding. On occasion, Alison Foster Yoga can use their discretion and transfer the equivalent amount to another service, this would be on an individual basis.
