Workshops & Events:

It might be that you don't have time for a class or two during the week. You may want to explore something new or you may just wish to give yourself additional 'me' time. Whatever your reasons,  workshops are both an opportunity to delve deeper into yoga and give you valuable 'time-out' for much needed self-care.  These sessions allow you more time to switch off, unwind, and enjoy nourishing the body, mind, breath and spirit. What's not to love!

Discounted Workshop Pass available.

“It was a very well organised & informative workshop. The yoga was at the right level for me. The explanations & demonstrations were very clear with excellent mat space along with blankets, bolsters & other props too. Alison and the other students were very welcoming....I look forward to returning in the future.” Christine

Winter Wreath Making

Wreath Making: "It was wonderful. Exceeded expectations - the quality of materials and choice available was amazing. Superb instructions and demonstrations. I felt like I was in the hands of an expert. I never thought I would be able to make anything decent - I am not at all crafty or artistic. I really surprised myself and made a beautiful wreath!"
