This candlelit class is a perfect way to transition from the stresses of the week and bring some inner-peace and mental-ease to your being in readiness for the weekend. Suitable for all.

Suitable for intermediate and advanced practitioners.
This class is suitable for those with some experience of yoga. In this class we do some asana (posture work) but we also explore other yoga practices. These include pranayama (breath work), meditation, mudras, mantra -chanting & more. It finishes with a full yoga nidra -(deep relaxation) lasting 20-25 mins.
