​** Mat based assumes that you can get up and down from the floor as we use a mat on the floor to lie down and move about.  I encourage the use of props (bolsters, blocks, cushions, blankets, -chairs can be used as well but it isn't chair based) for support if necessary.

Booking can now be done online.  If you have any issues with the booking system, or if you prefer a different method of payment, feel free to contact me. All spaces must be paid for in advance.

As I have limited places, I operate a block booking system. You buy a block of classes for a confirmed place in a specific class each week for a particular block.  If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to credit, come to another class or receive a refund. (Unless at the discretion of Alison).   There is a ‘drop-in’ facility available, spaces permitting.
