A Happy Spring Equinox & Ostara.
We had a beautiful morning celebrating the balance of nature's energy over the Spring Equinox and connecting to and tuning up our Chakras. A very special thank you to all who came.
Our next Wheel Of The Year gathering is Beltane on Saturday 26th April. This will be a fabulous celebration full of joyful yoga practices.
Beltane represents the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer when our Earths energies have gained more momentum and are most active. As always, we will be diving deeper into a range of yoga practices; including exploring how to harness our energies by engaging our energy locks or bandhas, which ultimately lead to improved vitality and wellbeing. I'd love to share this special day with you too.

What's a sound Bath??
Did you know that every individual cell in your body resonates at it's own frequency. How fascinating is that! This means that your body is literally a living, moving symphony and has the ability to create beautiful overtures. However, sometimes you might feel more of a cacophony than a concerto! Using aspects of Nada yoga-(the yoga of Sound/Vibration), it is possible to help tune our bodies so that they are playing more harmoniously. Join me for a journey towards The Self where you get to rest and bathe in the healing vibration of sound.

Please note that due to the way Easter falls in the calendar, for the next 2 terms I am offering SIX week terms. As such the price reflects this. For all 75 minute classes it will now be £59.
Tuesdays:

Wednesdays:
Spring 2: 2/4, 9/4 - Easter - 30/4, 7/5,14/5, 21/5.
Thursday Mornings (9:30):

Thursday Evenings Vinyasa (6:15pm)
Spring 2: 10/4, - Easter - 24/4, 1/5, 8/5, 15/5, 22/5.
Please note that for the Thursday Vinyasa 60 minute class only, block booking is now £49 Please also note the dates are different for Thur evening cw Thursday day time. (Due to a Retreat I am on)
The Chakra workshop has inspired me to weave more of the systems and paradigms associated with the Chakras through my next series of classes, so I'm really looking forward to focusing on one chakra each week, starting with Muladhara, the Root Chakra
