Late Summer/Early Autumn News


Hello, and Late Summer/Early Autumn Greetings to you. I hope you are well?


Meet Oreo, he's Toffee's older brother. Both my cats love a basket - in fact any cardboard box or bag! They're very entertaining and have been good company over the summer holidays whilst I've taken some time out with family and friends; time to rest, restore and recharge my batteries. I hope you have been able to give yourself some very important 'me' time too?


However, now it's time for action...


All ideas, thoughts, words and actions are forever increasing and expanding our Universe. I believe that we are incredibly fortunate to be right here on the leading edge of creativity and growth. And, here at Foster HQ, the Streetly Yoga Shala is no exception.


An exciting idea has now manifested into positive action, and a larger, improved reception space is being created for the Autumn term. I love the fact that pretty much all of the materials used so far are repurposed from previous projects using the principles of the 3Rs- Reduce, Reuse & Recycle. 


Talking about the 3R's! a space has just become available in my popular Rest, Release & Restore Workshop on Sept 21st.  (***More spaces available in November***)



I now also add a 4th R, A little bit of Reiki Healing. Reiki is the ancient art of Universal Life Energy Healing. I gently hover my hands above and around your body and also offer it into the room bringing healing Reiki Energy to each person.



 

It's Not Long Now,


How auspicious that classes return on the New Moon! A time of new beginnings. It's an ideal time to set or renew intentions.  I invite you to spend some time thinking or journalling and writing down your new intentions. Maybe use the prompts above to get you started. Journalling can help you to formulate your ideas and commit to them, helping you map out the necessary steps towards achieving them.


 

Classes return from Tuesday 3rd September 2024. 


If you've not already booked yourself into a class, there's still time to invest in the 5 week block booking, - don't forget that when you do this, you're making a strong commitment to yourself to turn up on your yoga mat each week.  It's also the most cost effective option. There are still a few spaces left in most classes, Why not try my new Vinyasa class?

New Slow Flow Vinyasa Class -   Learn more:>

Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm


Vinyasa Flow is a more dynamic and physical style where traditional yoga poses from Hatha Yoga are put together in a flowing and rhythmic sequence coordinated with the breath and accompanied by music. This class is a gentle introduction to vinyasa yoga.
