Autumn News

Namaste,

...The rain came down and the floods came up...

Last week's rain was pretty impressive! I am incredibly grateful that the Shala wasn't too badly affected.  Look at how our path became a beautiful water feature. The frogs and toads were having an absolute ball!

Arm balance fun after Vinyasa Class

Last night we had a really great, energising Vinyasa Flow class focusing on upper body strength and flexibility. We also got to have a go at the Crow arm balance, which was a lot of fun!

After the class, as I was all warmed up, I couldn't resist having a bit of a play with some other arm balances that I've not done in a while. This is Eka Pada Koundinyasana 2 ~or Flying Splits.

Check out the highlights from the New Moon class a few weeks ago below.

Fancy joining us? Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm.

First class half price £5. Regular price £10. 5 week term block booking £39

RRRR

The truly sublime Rest, Restore, Release and Reikiworkshop in September was all about restoring balance during the Autumn Equinox. My final offering this year is coming up onSaturday, November 16th, 2:15-4:45pm  Spaces are limited and are already filling up.  This is a delightful way to treat yourself and/or a friend and recharge and honour your body, mind, breath & spirit.

Don't delay!

If you've not already booked yourself into a class, there's still time to invest in the 5 week block booking, - don't forget that when you do this, you're making a strong commitment to yourself to turn up on your yoga mat each week.  It's also the most cost effective option. There are still a few spaces left in most classes.

New  block starts from 8th Oct. Check the dates in the link below. No classes on Tue/Wed/Thurs of half term week.

This week in class we've been focusing on Santosha ~ Contentment.

Here's a very contented Toffee in his cardboard box! Notice all the tiny bits of card.  Another of his  favourite hobbies is making a mess chewing and ripping cardboard boxes.

What can you do but love him to bits!

Up Coming Workshops...

I'd love to see you soon in one of my classes or workshops. And do get in touch if you want further details or even if you just want to say 'hi' and to let me know how you're doing, I'd love to hear from you.

Wishing you and your loved ones

Peace, Love, Light & Joy

Alison
