Samhain Community Fireside Gathering Saturday 31 October | 6.30–7.30pm | Free Then underneath: Join us as darkness falls for a relaxed Samhain gathering with refreshments, shared food, music and, weather permitting, an outdoor fire ceremony. You are welcome to bring something small to eat or drink to share. The fire ceremony will offer a simple opportunity for remembrance, gratitude and release as we mark the turning of the Wheel towards winter. Free to attend, but please book your place so I know how many people to expect. Already attending the Samhain Afternoon Immersion? Your place at the Fireside Gathering is automatically included — you do not need to book again. The outdoor fire is weather permitting. The community gathering will still go ahead indoors if needed.

Cancellation Policy
Yoga classes: Refunds or transfers will be provided if you give me at least 36 hrs notice either through the booking system if booked online or via email, minus admin fee. This gives me time to contact other people on the waiting list. If I am able to fill your space after 36 hrs notice and before 24hrs notice you will receive a transfer offer to another class. After this time no refunds or transfers will be given. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice. Workshops & events: Unless otherwise stated, full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 30 days notice, minus admin fee. If notice of cancellation is at least 7 days before the event, refunds/transfers will be at the discretion of Alison Foster Yoga (AFY). Refunds/transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 7 days notice. Chair Class passes can not be refunded. To cancel your place in a particular class Alison Foster Yoga needs at least 36 hrs notice either through the booking system if booked online or via email. If it is possible to fill your space after 36 hrs notice and before 24hrs notice you will be refunded that particular class pass. If it is not possible to fill your space after 36 hrs notice or if it is less than 24 hours notice you will still be required to pay for your session by losing one of the passes. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Block booked classes: You are receiving a discounted price for a confirmed place in a specific class each week for that particular block. If you are unable to make any of the block there is no facility to credit, come to another class or receive a refund. If for any reason I have to cancel or postpone a session I will offer an alternative date or offer a refund for that session. If you change your mind about this investment, you are able to cancel the block booking 48 hrs before your first session is due, minus admin fee. Refunds/transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 48 hrs notice. Private sessions can be cancelled up to 48 hrs beforehand, given in writing via email for a refund, minus admin fee. Or, the session can be transferred to another date. If less than 48 hrs notice is given, the session is charged and no transfer given. Payment Plans can not be refunded. AFY can use their discretion and transfer the equivalent amount to another service.
