Here at Foster HQ, we have created a unique space where you can be transported into an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. 
Here you will be able to discover the many benefits yoga has to offer.

Small class sizes allow me to get to know you and your specific needs. I am then able to guide you safely to reconnect with your body and mind.

At Streetly Yoga Shala, I teach a comprehensive range of Yoga practices. With a combination of postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and mindfulness, classes are designed to make yoga an effective system for promoting health and mental wellbeing. This makes yoga accessible and truly available for all, so there really is something for everyone.
