* Discounted workshop passes available Celebrate the Winter Solstice with me:- The Winter Solstice is a time for re-awakening the planet and returning to the light. Let's celebrate with a luminous practice. Solstice means “sun standing still,” and the Winter Solstice has been celebrated around the world for millennia, recognising the shortest day of the year as the turning point for the return to light. At this time of darkness there is a stillness between the end of one cycle and the beginning of the next which gives us time to pause and reflect. Knowing that the light is now beginning to return gives us hope. The days are now going to be longer than the nights, and this is a cause for celebration. This evening will involve a mixture of different light themed yoga practices. It will include a blazing fire, flickering candles, breath-work, mindfulness, postures, movement, mantra, deep rest and of course celebration. This year there will also be warming Cacao. You'll leave with a light in your heart, radiant and glowing. This is always the last gathering in the Shala for the year, and such a beautiful way to close. Limited spaces. Booking early essential.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For Yoga classes: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if you give me at least 36 hours notice either through the booking system if booked online or via email to alisonfosteryoga@gmail.com. This gives me time to contact other people on the waiting list. If I am able to fill your space after 36 hrs notice and before 24hrs notice you will receive a transfer offer to another class. After this time no refunds or transfers will be given. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. For workshops, events and extended sessions: Unless otherwise stated, full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 30 days notice. If notice of cancellation is at least 7 days before the event, refunds or transfers will be at the discretion of Alison Foster Yoga. Refunds and transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
