* Discounted workshop passes available Honour the sun and your light within and come celebrate the Summer Solstice with me:- This year we will be celebrating the upcoming Summer Solstice the weekend before. In this workshop we will be exploring various versions of the yogic sun salutations including the Egyptian Surya Namaskar. As always, we will be delving deeper into the magical realms of yoga mythology, movement, mudras, and mantra - all associated with the potent energy of the Sun. There will be storytelling, poetry, reflection, rest, joyful celebration, and chocolate – it’s guaranteed to be amazing! After harnessing and honouring this most powerful and awesome entity, you'll leave with a light in your heart; radiant and glowing. Limited spaces. Booking early essential.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For Yoga classes: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if you give me at least 36 hours notice either through the booking system if booked online or via email to alisonfosteryoga@gmail.com. This gives me time to contact other people on the waiting list. If I am able to fill your space after 36 hrs notice and before 24hrs notice you will receive a transfer offer to another class. After this time no refunds or transfers will be given. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. For workshops, events and extended sessions: Unless otherwise stated, full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 30 days notice. If notice of cancellation is at least 7 days before the event, refunds or transfers will be at the discretion of Alison Foster Yoga. Refunds and transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
