Service Description

These courses will explore a range of simple, short practices, styles, techniques, tools and adaptations, that I have worked with over the years. I will guide and support you through each practice, week on week, so you are able to develop your own practice. Each session will incorporate an extended restorative relaxation and there will also be time for discussion. You do not need to be able to sit cross legged! Chairs and other props are available. ​Each course will focus on a particular practice or style which we will develop over the 4 weeks with a step by step handout for home practice. ​These courses are suitable for complete beginners or those who want to develop their own practice and techniques further.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For Yoga classes: Full refunds or transfers will be provided if you give me at least 36 hours notice either through the booking system if booked online or via email to alisonfosteryoga@gmail.com. This gives me time to contact other people on the waiting list. If I am able to fill your space after 36 hrs notice and before 24hrs notice you will receive a transfer offer to another class. After this time no refunds or transfers will be given. Refunds or transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. For workshops, events and extended sessions: Unless otherwise stated, full refunds or transfers will be provided if clients wish to cancel attendance with at least 30 days notice. If notice of cancellation is at least 7 days before the event, refunds or transfers will be at the discretion of Alison Foster Yoga. Refunds and transfers will not be given for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
