Extended Saturday Sessions & Workshops
Going Deeper

It might be that you don't have time for a class or two during the week. You may want to explore something new or you may just wish to give yourself additional 'me' time. Whatever your reasons, Extended Saturday Sessions and one off workshops are both an opportunity to delve deeper into yoga and give you valuable 'time-out' for much needed self-care.  These sessions allow you more time to switch off, unwind, and enjoy nourishing the body, mind, breath and spirit. What's not to love!
